Are You Ready?
Are you ready to love life, to enjoy life, to laugh, to listen, to learn,
to live, to commit to long-term happiness?
Are you ready to share with me your thoughts, your needs, your
likes and dislikes, your hopes, dreams, and aspirations, your joy,
your pain, your life?
Are you ready to be my best friend, partner, and soul-mate, the one
I choose to build our private world with, a world we will
completely, and thoroughly enjoy together?
Are you ready to raise your level of consciousness, to think for self,
to create opportunities for self, to love self, and as a result love
those that look like you, your people?
Are you ready to constantly evolve as a person whose mission to
improve never ends, to be one who does not allow envy, greed,
money, family, or friends to disrupt our attempt to enjoy an
infinite existence together?
Are you ready to express your feelings, your independence, your full
potential as a woman without my feeling threatened or
intimidated, but impressed, proud, and honored, feeling
privileged to have the opportunity to be that special person in
your life?
Are you ready to feel the freedom of knowing there is no other that
can give me what you have, what you feel, what I feel when I
think about you, when I see you, when I'm near you?
Are you ready to accept the fact that your are all I need, all I want,
all I live for, because without you, WE don't exist, I don't exist,
life itself does not exist?
Are you ready for commitment, hugs and cuddling, kisses and
candlelight, bubble baths, romancing, slow dancing, surprises,
and spontaneous trips to the movies, the park or a play, to the
zoo, or on a cruise?
Are you ready to be held, comforted, touched in the right places, to
be made to feel wanted, needed and appreciated, never lonely,
and never taken for granted?
Are you ready for me to look at you and feel totally protected
against any and all that try to threaten our relationship, to be
into you mentally and physically, holding and caressing you,
inside and out?
Are you ready for that "Blind" love thang, that "Forever Mine" love
thang, that "Gentle and Kind 'cause you so Fine" love thang?
Are you ready to feel the Fire, the Intense Passion and Heat, The
Shakes, The Earthquakes, and that ultimate feeling leading up
to the "Final Climax" that makes Us Both "Wanna' Holla,"
feelings all associated with true, intimate, Lovemaking?
Finally, Are you ready to wake up next to me, and with consistency
continue to see me, yes . . . me?
To All These Things, If You Agree, Then Yes . . .
Yes, I Too Am Ready.
